Refunds, Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Authenticity Guarantee
1.1 Rauthentic guarantees the authenticity of every item sold. Each item undergoes a strict authentication process and is fitted with an authenticity tag as proof of verification.
1.2 The authenticity tag must remain intact and unaltered. Once the tag is cut, tampered with, or removed, the item will no longer be eligible for refund, return or exchange.

2. Refunds, Returns and Defect Claims
2.1 Requests for a refund or return under the Clause 1 Authenticity Guarantee must be submitted within three (3) days of receiving the item.
2.2 For defect or delivery damage claims, customers must provide an unboxing video as supporting evidence. This requirement applies only to items delivered by the courier, provided that this issue was not stated during the transaction. Customers have up to three (3) days to report any defects. Defect coverage refers to issues that affect the usability of the shoe or any discolouration that is severe enough to cause a visible change in colour when viewed.
2.3 Defect and damage claims are not applicable for self collection transactions, meet up transactions, in‑store event purchases or for items bought in used condition. Such items may only be refunded if the item is deemed to be inauthentic.
2.4 All returned items must remain in their original condition with the authentication tag attached. If the returned item is not in its original condition or if the authentication tag is tampered with, the refund request will be rejected and customers may be required to pay two‑way delivery fees of not more than five (5) Singapore dollars per way per item.
2.5 Refunds for eligible cases will be processed once the returned item is received. No delivery fees will be charged if the refund request is approved. Customers may choose either:
• Courier pickup from their doorstep
• Drop off at designated drop off points around Singapore

3. Minor Quality Control Issues
3.1 Customers should be aware that certain pairs may exhibit minor factory quality control issues. Older pairs might exhibit signs of discolouration. These issues that do not affect the usability of the item shall not constitute grounds for refund, return or exchange.

4. Delivery Issues
4.1 Rauthentic is not liable for damages that occur during delivery. However, Rauthentic will assist customers in submitting claims to the courier company where possible.

5. Final Decision
5.1 All refund, return and exchange decisions shall be subject to Rauthentic’s final discretion.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions
6.1 Rauthentic reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any previous version will be void once a new version is published.

Rauthentic – Consignment Terms & Conditions
Effective 29 December 2025

1. Ownership and Authenticity
1.1 All items consigned with Rauthentic must be owned by the consignor and guaranteed authentic.
1.2 Rauthentic reserves the right to refuse any items deemed counterfeit, stolen, or inauthentic.
1.3 Ownership of the goods remains with the consignor until sold by Rauthentic.
1.4 Rauthentic reserves the right to move goods without prior notice for events or other business purposes.

2. Pricing
2.1 Consignors may set the take-back price, which refers to the amount they wish to receive upon sale.
2.2 Rauthentic will determine the final selling price and reserves full discretion over selling price.
2.3 No fees will be deducted from the take-back price set by the consignor.
2.4 Consignors may request reduction to their take-back prices at any time with prior notice.
2.5 Any request to increase the consignment price is subject to approval and is only allowed if the item is not part of an ongoing transaction. If a deal is already in progress, the agreed price must be honoured. 

3. Payment
3.1 Payments to consignors will be made via PayNow or Bank Transfer, based on the consignor’s preference.
3.2 Consignors must promptly inform Rauthentic of any changes to their payment details. Payments will be processed using the latest payment method registered in our system.
3.3 Payments will be made within seven (7) days after a sale is completed during events, and within one (1) working day for regular day-to-day sales. A sale shall be considered completed only when the buyer has received the item.

4. Condition and Liability
4.1 All items are sold “as is” in their current condition at the time of consignment.
4.2 Rauthentic is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to fire, theft, natural disasters, or weather-related effects such as humidity, yellowing, or shoe degradation.
4.2.1 Such loss or damage shall not be borne by Rauthentic unless it is proven that the loss or damage was caused by the negligence, wilful misconduct, or failure of Rauthentic to exercise reasonable care in the storage, handling, or delivery of the goods. 
4.2.2 Rauthentic stores all items in an air conditioned and low humidity environment, with regular monitoring of humidity levels. Natural ageing or degradation of materials over time shall not be considered damage or negligence on the part of Rauthentic.
4.3 Consignors may opt for insurance coverage upon request and will be billed on a monthly basis. Please contact Rauthentic for more information.

5. Consignment Period
5.1 Consignors may request to retrieve their items at any time. All requests must be made in advance, allowing up to five (5) working days for collection.
5.2 Requests made within seven (7) days before or after formal Rauthentic events are subject to approval.
5.3 Items remain consigned with no fixed duration unless retrieved by the consignor or sold by Rauthentic. The agreement remains valid until the final pair under this consignment is sold.

6. Optional Shipping Assistance
6.1 If a consignor sells an item independently, Rauthentic can assist with packaging and shipping for a flat fee of eight dollars ($8) per item.

7. Inventory Records
7.1 Consignors may request an updated list of unsold inventory at any time.
7.2 Rauthentic will provide the requested list within one (1) working day of the request.

8. Amendments
8.1 Rauthentic reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. However, the following shall still apply:
8.1.1 Rauthentic shall provide notice only for matters that directly affect the consignor’s items. These include:
Any change of possession of the pairs, for example passing the items to third parties who are not part of Rauthentic
Any change in the take-back pricing of the pairs
8.1.2 Material changes that significantly affect the rights or obligations of the consignor shall only take effect upon mutual agreement.
8.2 Should the consignor disagree with any changes to the terms and conditions, the consignor shall always reserve the right to retrieve their items at any time.
8.2.1 All retrieval requests must be made in advance.
8.2.2 Once a request is submitted, all marketing and sales activities for the affected items shall be stopped immediately.
8.2.3 Rauthentic shall not hold the items unnecessarily and must make the pairs available for collection within five working days of the request, unless the Rauthentic team is genuinely unavailable, for example due to hospitalisation or overseas travel.
